Title: exfoliation?

How often do you exfoliate your head and do you use a scrub or one of those fluffy scruby thingys?

I exfoliate about once a week. I use a sugar scrub, often homemade.

Top of the dome gets done once a week with a basic scrub from a tube.

I exfoliate my head before every shave...which is three days a week. I use HeadBlade's HeadShed scrub.

Yes - twice a week using Nivea scrub from the tube.  Exfoliation is especially important for me in the winter when my skin gets drier.

I have never really exfoliated my scalp before. Any advice, please?
