Title: Mainstream now plus 'accessories'

I have just spent six weeks travelling on holiday in parts of wertern US (from Australia) and during the trip I noticed that  b ald heads have become very mainstream possibly up to 10% of the male population.  This is probably moreso in the larger cities I visited eg San Francisco, Las Vegas and Honolulu where therea re many tourists as well.

Among the things I noted are

.  about an equal spread between bald heads with clean shaven  face, goatee and full beard

.  men of all ages sport a bald head

.  earrings seem to have become less noticeable so perhaps that fashion is over

.  tattoos are everywhere from just a couple to full sleeves, even legs and up to the neck
