Title: It's been a bad hair week!

Never thought you head that from a bald guy, right?

Well, I've been in bed with a fever all week and just have not felt up to breaking out the razor.  So six days now and no shave.  Yuck. Seems like the buzz style is almost a #1.  Maybe Sunday I'll feel well enough to shave my head again. 

Pushing fluids.  Mom always used to give me jello when I was sick. (I don't normally eat jello, but it tasted good and counted as partial fluids. I think I've lost 7 pounds, too, although this is not the way to do it!

I went out in public today with a weeks worth of buzz.  Gasp!  Still low grade fever, but better than it was. I'm checking with several medical related friends to see if it's worth holding out, or having some tests done. 

Not much symptoms other than the fever and muscle aches and sleeping all day.

Yes, feeling better.  But have a lingering cough, which makes it hard to get to sleep.

So went 10 days without shaving. Man hair grows fast!  I could not stand it any longer this morning and got out the clippers to buzz it down.  Then it looked HORRIBLE.  Uneven buzz.  Mandatory razor shave.  Even at that, it was a bad shave, LOL.  Looked Ok, but there were spots that were not smooth.  I'll use fresh blades for the next shave and results should be better.

Lesson. Don't get sick.  Don't grow hair.  Enjoy being bald.

Couldn't you get the Mrs. to shave you? Or you prefer that you cut your own hair no matter what? Regardless, glad you're recovering.
