deed" ASAP.  Anytime one has thoughts of shaving their dome; one will never be satisfied

First off; welcome.  This is a great group of guys who will give it to you straight but who will also support you whatever your decisions may be.

The most important thing is that you do what makes you feel good. 

Since you ask my opinion; I will tell you  that it is way, way past time for you to get rid of the scraps.  Don't be afraid.  Shaving you head is a very masculine thing to do and a real rush!  Just commit to the 30 day rule to give your brain time to adjust to a new concept of "self".  Before the 30 days are even over you are going to feel a freedom that you never even knew existed.

You've got a great beard and I think you'd look great shaved. Time for a new look.
