Hey there guys!
I'm 23 yo. and suffering from receding hairline since 20 i guess. I've started reading this forum about a month ago. I was in a pretty bad spot. To be honest I was up awake for the third night straight thanks to insomnia. If a burglar broke into my flat that night he would have found me smoking cig after a cig, listening to 80's pop songs crying. I felt like I cannot help my situation on many fronts and just broke down.
Finding this site that night was a real lifesaver to me. The amount of positive vibes, and just to be honest good, warm hearted, nonjudgmental people is amazing. Reading your posts made me believe I'm lucky to be surrounded by jerks only xD. Anyway here I am and I just wanted to let you know you are being appreciated.
Sorry for poor English. I'm foreigner.

Welcome mate, I haven't been around that long myself, but yep they are a supportive group, both in regards to being follically challenged and other ways.
I myself struggle with depression and anxiety also, I bear many scars both literally and mentally, and have been off work for about 9 months, nearly ready to ease back in.
Feel free to talk about it, we are a pretty open bunch. Also your english is very clear and easy to understand also

Welcome. This is a nice group of (mostly) guys. Very supportive. I've been here for about 3 yrs 7 months. And I still come by almost daily to check the conversation. The first 7 months on the board I read the comments. Then three years ago today I shaved my head and I still shave my head almost daily. I'm BBC, so I don't have to sport the bald look, but I really enjoy it. I stick around to encourage both those who want to give it a try and for those who are loosing their hair and really should give it a try.
I think of 'bald' as a hairstyle choice, whether for a BBC guy like me, or a balding guy like you. You can live with thin hair (and many guys do). You can live with the horseshoe or other bald spots with some hair, or you can make a hairstyle choice that does not accentuate balding and shave it off.
You've been here a month. You've seen the profile pictures. I find that supportive and encouraging, to see all these completely shaved head guys, and it's a good look/style.
By the way, your English is good!

Glad you joined the forum, sir.
So, what are you thinking about doing with your hair situation?

Welcome. I started out BBC, but nature has since kicked in and I now have MPB. I hope you find the support you need to deal with your hair loss.

Thank You guys for answers.
I have started buzzing my head thanks to this site. I'm not fully committed to the idea of a clean shave look yet tbh , father time may force me to reconsider sooner or later i guess haha.

Welcome, I'm not receding or anything, but this site is great whether you're BBN or BBC. Glad you could join us.

Welcome! I'm bald by choice (mainly because it seems to be heading that way), this forum is amazing for support and advice.

Chin up friend, I started loosing my hair at 16 and by the time I was 23 had a wonderful horseshoe on my head...only regret is I waited 25 years to just shave it off. The men on this site are very supportive and an inspiration.
