Heys guys, I'm new here, but been shaving my head for about 5 years. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of pimples on bald heads. I get them a lot, and they are annoying.
Is there anything I can do? Someone once told me that sitting in the sun helps dry them out, but I'm not too sure about that.
Thanks

I always get razor bumps and ingrown hairs on the back of my head after I shave it. I find that a bit of sun is always helpful to clear them up. Just be careful and don't forget to use a light sunscreen like like #15. You want a little sun but you don't want to invite skin cancer

What shave cream are you using? Do you put anything else on your head? How often do you wash your pillow?

I have very thick hair and mine are due to folliculitis, which is bacterial like acne, but it's in the hair follicles not the skin. Using a benzoyl peroxide wash and a good aftershave like clubman pinaud has kept mine pretty clear.

I use the product from Bee Bald called heal followed by Bee Bald smooth dailyand it works for me. I helps with the razor bumps and irritation from daily shaving.
Good luck

Bump Patrol is the one to go for. I use it all the time

I think it depends on your skin. I tied bump patrol a while back and it seemed to make things worse. Too oily for my skin and I think it aggravated the pore clogging issues.

They do one for sensitive skin too.
I have sensitive skin but the ordinary version is fine. You only need a tiny drop too! Been marvellous.

I had a similar problem. I use one of those body was scrub sponge things and some body was soap to scrub the top of my dome right after I shave. Then once out of the shower I apply some generic aloe gel.
Seems to have worked for me. You might give that a shot.

Thanks guys for all your great responses. It seems that this is a common problem for many bald men, so I'm glad I asked this question. Maybe the responses will also help others with the same problem.
Thanks
