Hey guys, here's an article on the FDA website about sunscreen (http://www.fda.gov/forconsumers/consumerupdates/ucm258416.htm) and how to know what the sunscreen does for you.
As many of you know, you should always use a broad spectrum sunscreen, with SPF 15 or higher. Reapply the sunscreen every two hours or more frequently if you're swimming or sweating.
Stay safe in the sun this summer!!

Hi T: Thanks for sharing. I always put some sunscreen on the dome before going outdoors.

Good advice, since having shaved it all off I now see the effects of the sun on the part of my head that was bald before shaving where I had not used sunscreen. Now its a lot easier to apply : )

Hi Tyler,
Thanks for the good tip on sunscreen and how to pick it. I use sun screen a lot in the summer on the noggin especially because I have very fair skin. Have a great summer.
