Curious as to how you store your DE / s and brush? I was thinking of hanging mine inside my bathroom cabinet! Or, outside of it even.
-
I hang my brush on a stand by the sink in the bathroom, out of habit I keep my razor in my room (not only to save space in the bathroom but to keep it away from the moisture of the bathroom which BTW can disrupt the longevity of a blade).
-
I have my razor and brush on a stand in the bathroom. I keep my straight razor in the bedroom as I don't use it everyday.

I am using a new blade after 2 goes so moisture effects will be very much limited
-
I keep my razor and brush in a stand on a tray with all my other shaving stuff: soap, creams, after shaves, etc. everyone in the family knows To stay away from my stuff!
-
Yea, i have taken over the top shelf in the bathroom cabinet. My new shaving brush came today with a plastic holder of which i have attached to the outside of the bathroom cabinet! Looks ace!
-
As a bachelor I have the luxury of having the entire bathroom at my disposal ;) That being said, I have two shelves that I devote solely to shave products and razors. Brushes I leave on the sink, standing up, to air dry.

With your growing collection you will need more space soon!! lol
It is addictive, DE shaving and the accessories that go with it. Some great products available.

I store my razors on a stainless steel tooth brush holder in room. Enclosed is one of my sets.

All of my razors and brushes came with stands.....Nice collection, Warhawk!

@Warhawk - oooooohh! I want that Cobra Classic! O0

Warhawk, What a great idea. You have an awesome collection of DE razors. I am still working on mastering the technique of using a DE razor without nicking the dome. They do a great job of shaving the noggin nice and smooth.

No no bro, brushes need to be hung upside down to air dry otherwise water can soak into the knot and ruin the brush.

A lot of people disagree on this point. I've always stood my brushes upside down with no issues, as have many other shavers.
-
Thats true. From everything I've read (a ton lol), there is NO conclusive proof that hanging brushes makes any difference in the life or performance of the knot.
-
My old brush, which i just binned, had never ever been held upside down. It was fine! Had it years! Only got rid because i just bought a new brush.

@WWM: Thanks. All I gotta say is that the Cobra Classic shaves like a dream. Pics don't give this razor any justice.

I see you left some room for some additional hardware... :=)) RAD...is hard to shake
-
I have a drawer full of shaving supplies, I already have 8 razors with desire for 2 maybe 3 more. My new shelf is mostly for the frequent fliers.
-
Love the tooth brush holder idea Warhawk, I will have to google tooth brush holders!
I store my brush hanging down, it only makes sense to me that surely? it would have to be best? not to have the inside of the handle and knot as a water storage/collection point
-
My shelf is still going strong, I have my alcohol cleaning swabs (cotton balls soaked rubbing alcohol stored in a stridex container) up there.
-
Thanks for the ideas Bros. I've been trying to find a way to store my DE.
-
I use wood test tube racks to hold my kids (I store DE's and straights together)

A little sanding, some stain and a couple of minor mods and they're good to go
