Title: Supplements To Grow A Thicker Beard
Post by: BrianFromCalifornia on May 04, 2014, 04:53:15 PM
I've been growing out my beard for a couple of weeks now and it looks ok. Been trimming it with a Panasonic beard trimmer and the initial itchiness is fading a bit. The beard, though, isn't as thick as I'd like and I was wondering if any supplements might help.  I've heard that the vitamin Biotin can help but I'm not sure if that's true and if so, how much to take. Also, perhaps other supplements like Saw Palmetto might help. Any ideas?

I hear that biotin is good for beard growth. I am trying it to slow shedding and get a thicker beard as mine passes 16". I have heard that it only works for folks who have biotin deficiency. We will see.
