Title: Back After a 7 Year Hiatus

Hey SBG Community!

After a 7 year hiatus from this website, I'm back! Figured at this point, I'm pretty much a new member again.

THANKFULLY, I did not take a hiatus from the sly ways - I maintained a shiny dome, even as I traveled in Asia for 203 days last year. Definitely got lots of looks in some rural areas but I take that with pride.

I'm glad to be back, honestly. This has got to be one of the best, most open, and compassionate, forums/communities online that I have found.

I've recently come to a point in my life that I feel like I need some advice in my life (from total strangers of course!) and figure I'd return to this forum.

I look forward to chatting with you all and hi again to all the folks I talked to back in '07.

(I think this is the part where I go around the room and give everyone a hug?)

Welcome!  I just certified as an English instructor, and I plan to move to Asia in a few months, so I'd be curious to hear about your travels.  I did my required student teaching in Saigon, and I'm leaning toward moving back there.  Anyway, congrats on staying sly for 7 years!  I'm just past 3 months, so that seems like quite the accomplishment to me!

Welcome back.

I've done quite a lot of trvelling in Asia since I shaved my head and hove noticed, in combination with my whiteish beard, that it attracts attention.  Good for opening up a conversation.

Welcome back! I'm supposedly in the 30 day trial period but I doubt I will need those 30 days to decide.  I'm on day 13 and I don't plan to go back to having hair. Congrats on being sly for 7 years!

It's amazing that you've kept your shiny dome for 7 years.
I'm a newcomer and still "learning to be sly". but very glad to communicate with a confident bald guy like you  :)
