Kelly Osbourne rocked her partially shaved lilac hair at a recent photo shoot with photographer Vijat Mohindra. She shared a snapshot from the shoot on Instagram Monday. "First photo shoot with my new hair cut! Photo by @vijatm make up by @dendoll," she wrote.
