To give some background about myself. I have been balding since the age of 21 and I am 30 now.
I have been retaining what I have with minoxidil, finasteride and ketoconazole but I lost my hairline because I waited too long before I went on treatment.
Yesterday, my dream came true and I got 1100 FUE grafts performed to give me a natural looking hairline. I'm post op so I'm still hurting a little bit but here are some before and after pictures.
Here is a before picture where you can see my terrible looking hairline. My friend, the one with the darker hair and creepy smile has a full head of hair which pisses me off.

I tried shaving it short and it looked REALLY bad because you could see how receded the hairline was.

Here is me post op. I'm still healing but you can see where the new grafts are located.

Its still going to take a while for it to grow in but I am so happy that I have saved my hair so I decided to create this post as an inspiration to other people suffering from androgenic alopecia...

If you're starting to bald, don't make the mistake of shaving it like I did.
Get on these three products RIGHT away
Finasteride (1.25 mg daily by cutting up a generic proscar into 4)
Minoxidil (Liquid or foam twice daily)
Nizoral (leave in hair for at least 5 minutes and wash with it once daily or once every other day)

Nice catch, Razor.....didn't notice that.....This guy reminds me of that Unemployed CSCS guy that Schro banned/deleted last month....the one who was talking about hair transplant surgery by some doctor whose name I don't remember at this point.

Apart from the fact it seems like two different guys in the photos I reckon both look pretty dreadful. And fancy subjecting your body to all those drugs!

This guy is a troll and has issues and I remembered where I seen him on. First link he encourages the sly look back in december and other links says he hates bald men and you should read all links so you dont even waste time responding to his posts. Last 2 links have same pic.

Good luck to you and if it works more power to you. We must all do what makes us happy. I am in the transition of going to full buzz cut and these fine gentlemen are giving me support. So I will try and do the same for you. Your baldness level does not look to bad so you just may be in time to do something about it. Now, that being said. You will have to be on those drugs for ever! Plus your friend on your first pic has so much hair it looks like a wig. If thats his real hair he is super blessed when it comes to hair and you should not envy him, but be glad for him. Wow! That is amazing! Good job man. I'm fighting to maintain what I have currently but I'll be ready for the hair transplant route if worse comes to worse.
The razor is NOT an option!
