Title: Hello from Silicon Valley
Post by: chilldude on March 04, 2014, 12:12:13 PM: I'm still in the to-bald-or-not stage right now, mostly because I have a full head of hair. Still, I think that going sly might be a nice change, if it isn't too much work to maintain. I'll keep you guys posted.

Personally, I've always thought that the shaved look was much more attractive on a man than a horseshoe could be.

Lots of people in high tech work around here, and people in high tech - especially in social media companies - tend to want to look as young and hip as they can. This makes the shaved head the preferred fashion choice among MPB guys.

A bald head on a guy with a full head of hair is cool. It's a hairstyle choice. Looks sharp. Around here we call it BBC, Bald By Choice. I'm in that group.

Daily or every other day shaving of the head is really easy to do. Just adds a couple minutes to the shower if you keep up with it. Head Blade makes it fast, too.

the smooth feel of a freshly shaved head is a daily treat.

Remember the 30 day rule. Give you and others enough time to evaluate the new style. For most, they are 'sold' in less than 30 days, but that's a good intro commitment.
