That depends.  If you hang clothes on it, not a great deal.   :XX  But if you use it, I think you got a good deal!!   O0

I can tell you that it will not collect dust or cloths... it ain't gonna happen.  Tyler I set out this year to loose weight and get in shape, even at 51.  I have lost 40 pounds since March 22 and love the weight loss, and am pretty standard on my diet now.

Sounds like a good deal to me.  I've been watching the classifieds for a deal like that, but no luck so far.  I'd figure sooner or later someone will get tired of hanging their clothes on one and I can get one cheap. O0

I resemble that remark.  We had a clothes hanger... er ... Nordic Track once.  I do wish I had a BowFlex, and the room for it.

If your goal is to stay in shape, and you use it 2-3 times a week, its a great deal...if you think you are going to turn into Lou Ferrigno, those guys on the TV commercials were already diesel, its a great, convenient maintaining tool, you won't become yoke or ripped-up(unless you are doing cardio alot). Good Luck with it.

I understand the guy's on TV are already pushing stuff...

Myself, I want to be toned... no one in my family has large bicepts but are toned good.  I just found out that I will be going to Hawaii again for 3 weeks this coming March - April... ah first Maui for a week in a condo on the beach, then off to the Big Island again for the remainder 2 weeks.

So I want to be fit for the water sports... snokeling... Snuba Diving... Kiack etc  I live in the water when there, and just for any other reason is me.... my goal of just being as fit as I can be.

I've always been intrigued by the Bow Flex stuff -- have always heard good stuff.

Sounds like a good deal, J_B
