Title: Talk about "Sly Pioneers"...meet the Pyramids!

If I remember correctly they were featured as the "club" band lurking in the background of one of the many Frankie and Annette 60's beach movies...

you know the ones with the beatnik bikers and shin-dig dancin' on the beach...they must have been "way out there" and cool to be a featured band!

Very cool indeed! 8) Are you sure they are totally slick bald, though? It's hard to say from that photo since it's so small. Either way, it was a pretty radical look for that era.

There are enough musicians here to start a SLY band. Might be a little different with 3 drummers and a super percussionist. How about the Drum Heads???
