Title: The eyes have it

A few years ago, a baby boy was born with no left eyelid. Doctors in the maternity ward immediately conferred, and decided that the best course of action was to improvise an eyelid from the  boy's circumcised foreskin.

The parents quickly agreed, and the operation was a complete success.

Except for the fact that to this day people think the boy is a bit cockeyed.
