Thursday night (the 17th) I went to substitute bowl for a friend. I like to sub on his team, because one of the two women on said team I really like (She's about 33, I'm 41). The first two games, she was struggling and I was bowling a little sub-par (198, 189). The third game, after the fifth frame, she walked up to me with a smile and started rubbing my head, saying, I'll try anything, I can't do any worse with this! I started smiling like a kid who just got candy from his mom ;D ;D Ironically after her head rub, both of us finished the game with seven consecutive strikes! (Her final score for the third game: 216, my final score: 243). I told her at the end of the game...If I'd have known that was all it took, you should have rubbed my head at the beginning of the contest!. The bowling was fun, but the head rub from a girl that you like (or have a crush on) was so much fun, I could have bowled 100 pins less and still enjoyed it!

Maybe you should offer her the opportunity to see how lucky she can get with a full body rub next time. >:D
Well, maybe start with an offer to test the head rub theory some more first.. haha.
-
Sounds like a winning strategy to me! :D

Hey, now you have the perfect excuse to ask for a headrub without coming across as anything but innocent.
Hope things progress nicely for you, sir.

Tell her that u r making breakfast in the morning and ask her if you should call her or just roll over..LOL.

+1 for Tom's advices >:D

Nice experience SirHarry. Tanks for sharing.

Well done Sir Harry, it certainly gets the girls looking never had a head rub from a girl

Great story. Tell her to kiss it for the best of luck. I have no clue why, but women that are Sly chasers, LOVE to caress and kiss our shine.
-
That's great and it looks like the head rub gave you both good luck!! I hope that continues.
And hopefully that your crush blossoms into something nicer!

Thanks guys.....I have to go again this coming Thursday, so let's see what happens!

Sir Harry, Did the girl show up that night?
-
Sadly, I didn't go last week because a close friend and coworker passed away yesterday. Ended up visiting the family and got someone else to bowl. I will see her next week, however.
-
Sorry to hear about your friend/coworker, Sir Harry.
We will look forward to an update on the crush... I mean bowling next time.. :)
-
Good news! I will be seeing her this afternoon for the tournament I'm bowling in this weekend! Will let you know how it went (with her)
-
Good luck, Sir Harry. And have fun!
-
Thanks, Mike, will do!

Sir Harry,
Sorry to hear about your loss.
Hope that the head rub relationship continues to blossom. You sure are a lot better bowler than I am. Good luck my firend. Please let us know what progresses. Take care.

Sir Harry, I'm sure you will have the lucky dome ready for her to rub for good luck. Maybe you should wear a shirt that is a nice shade of green, just to subliminally offer further association of luck with your head...lol.
-
I'm sure you will have a good shine and be irresistible tonight!

Thanks for the warm wishes guys! It did go well and I got THREE head rubs tonight (none by the crush, but her mother was there)....she did give me a nice hug at the beginning and end though! The three head rubs were by some lady friends from Texas (they were doing that to other guys too, but it was still kind of cool) I had a solid but not spectacular night on the lanes, but headrubs and hanging with the crush, not to mention meeting new friends and seeing old ones made the night great. Will bowl part 3 of four tomorrow afternoon!
