soap builds a nice lather provides good lubrication and has
a nice but not overpowering scent

Post by: tomcj2 on October 09, 2013, 09:08:36 PM: I have over a dozen soaps and the best for the buck are the least expensive, VDH, and Col Conk(that is made by VDH). If they tripled the price people would rave about it. High price does not mean high quality.

I also recommend hitting eBay and picking up Arko and Palmolive shave sticks.

They work by rubbing on your face, then brush lathering. Although I know some that have pushed them into bowls.
