Some serious ideas: Mr. White (Breaking Bad), Shrek, Ang the Last Airbender, The King (a la Yul Brenner from the King and I), the devil (bald with skin colored friendly horns from Halloween store... very spooky!)  and..... UNCLE FESTER! :P
