Title: Down to a #1 - going sly in 14 days
Post by: X The Hierophant on July 06, 2007, 03:55:57 PM: Well ... I'm down to a #1. Going bald on Friday 7/20 (2 weeks from today).

Also ... I have noticed that I have (in addition to a few scars I didn't know I had) an odd red dot on the top of my head. wtf? I went to a #1 a few weeks ago (and even noticed it before every now and then when I had a #2, so this is permanent... No big deal really, but interesting. Anyone else have this?

Dude, you'll LOVE being bald, I suggest the bottom only goat once you are completely bald, just a bit longer in length than what you have now in stubble...

Ditto; just do it! Why wait? If you've decided to do it, what's with the 14 days? It's like getting a driver's license and a car, but waiting for 2 weeks to get behind the wheel. I don't get it.

Go for it. There's no reason to wait. Why waste 14 days of your life that could be SLY ones.....

We all remember that it's not the easiest thing to do....now that doesn't mean he wont look back and say "man, why was I agonizing over it so much...it's no big deal and looks GREAT!"

So dudes let's just all take a chill pill on our bro....and hope he gets drunk tonite shaves his head clean and gets started on his SLY life! ;)

What you have there is probably what is called a cherry angioma, if it isn't raised up, don't worry about it, if it is raised up, be careful when you shave (sly) as they bleed like CRAZY
I have a couple of them myself, two are so bad that I'm getting them cut off because I can't shave without nicking them and having a blood bath.

as far as waiting until the 20th... hmm.... I can understand, it was tough for me to get over that hump.
May I suggest that you shave down to a #000 for a few days, and get some sun on the head, that will give you some color.

after I went sly, I couldn't believe I waited this long, and didn't just do it a long time ago when I wanted..

you'll do it when your ready, and I think you will be quite happy with the results.
