Title: ATX V SPORT!! I need HELP.
Post by: pickettwayne on May 23, 2013, 07:22:14 AM
Hey guys.

I know this has probably been mentioned many many times before but I was wondering if a post like this could be used as a sticky.

I'm new to the sly option and have not taken the plunge yet. I'm planning on getting a headblade but very unsure which one and what blades.

I was just wondering if you headbladers could say what headblade along with the blades you use and the reason for it.

Sorry if I am just repeating previous conversations.

Cheers.

I used the headblade sport with dual razor blades for almost 2 yrs now and I love it. I am currently trying the ATX and have found some advantages. I just ordered the 4 and six blade razor refills I will let you know. That is assuming we ever get mail again on this deployment.

ATX is more user friendly IMO. get your head buzzed at the barbers before using a blade.

G'Day Pickettwayne mate  O0

I use the ATX with the 6 blade cartridge and I love it.

When I first purchased the ATX I used the 4 Blade which were fantastic.
Then out of curiosity I tried the 6 Blade, and have use them ever since.

The 6 Blade gives me a closer smoother shave, and makes my noggin as "smooth as a baby's bottom".

It's all trial and error....give it a go.

I like the ATX with the four blade cartridge.

6 blade is ok, but it had a slight bid more drag, without a noticable increase in smoothness.

YMMV

I totally agree, 4 is better
