Title: Starting to develop a good process, thanks everyone.
Post by: braveally on May 10, 2013, 03:26:46 PM
On my last post I talked about how I had a horrible first shave that left my head irritated and developing razor bumps. Since then I have had several very refreshing shave taking the advice you guys shared as well as from a sly friend of mine. As of now I

Exfoliate (st. ives), Head wash (headblade), apply cream, shave WTG (probably most important for me) with a Gillette Fusion, and apply some bump patrol on my sensitive areas (back of neck and side burns). Been bump and irritation free since I started this process. That bump patrol stuff is amazing, I may get their shave gel on my next go round.

I think I may post a pic on my next shave now that my dome is all better. Thanks for all the great advice.

First time I shaved my head I didn't use a good technique or have the tools needed so I didn't stick with it, then I found this site and learned a lot. Once armed with the know how, I gathered up the proper resources and gave it another shot and have been sly ever since.

Has any one used bump patrol extra strength ? is it any better than the regular one ?
