[ftp]Hey everyone, im new to the forum.
Im not 'bald' bald, but im getting there. I have spent the last year worrying about my receded hairline until the other day when I finally decided to shave the hair off.
I think it looks good, and a hot girl smiled at me earlier today on the train so I must look okay, right?
I think id be happy to stay like this now, keep it shaved down to a 1.
I was planning on getting serious on bodybuilding and diet, I now have 10x the motivation to do it as I wanna look badass. + tan = godmode
What do you guys think? Any experience/advice?
This is the first time ive ever shaved my head in my life and I don't think im going back as it looks like a middle age man grown out, so its kinda a big deal.

Welcome! I'm assuming you're fairly young (<30 years old), so having confidence is big when trying to get with a lady. I see looking at your pics, that you already have the classic "widow's peak" going and it's only going to get worse as you get older. The short buzz looks good with the facial hair, but down the road, a fully grown out beard will look good with a sly head. Good luck and great to have you on board!

The look suites you. You've a good head shape, very Jason Statham. Get comfortable with the new look, then maybe try a full razor shave. Either way, Welcome aboard and congratulations on taking the step.

I buzzed my hair like that for awhile, but the itch to shave it bald just would not go away. Your buzz shows that you have a great looking head for going sly.
Here are my perceived benefits for finishing the job:
1. Shiny bald head has a very commanding look.
2. It feels great. That smooth shiny surface is very satisfying to run your hands over.
3. If you are young if makes you look older. If you are older, it makes you look younger.
4. It's very in-style these days. Everywhere I go there are guys with shaved heads.
5. That five minutes at the mirror each morning while you take your head back to smooth is a few minutes to pamper yourself. Then enjoy the splash of witchhazel, after shave, head lube glossy, and some cologne or eau' d'toilette.
When I was still buzzing, and preparing for the daily head shave, I'd break out the clippers every morning and mow over my head. You get in the practice of daily hair care. You always look the same. You realize it only takes a few moments each morning and you always look the same way.
And when you buzz to#1 or shorter, every m.m. or length is something that you can feel. As I took it down to 1/2 and then no guard, the fuzz got crisper and crisper and I really liked the feel.

O0 Thanks a lot for the feedback guys. I think overall im happy to keep the shaved look, Can't believe I wasted so much time and energy giving a crap about my hairline.
I got a good comment today, 'You still look good, just different' and its true, its just a new look.
I think I was weirded out by it at first after I shaved, but it almost feels like my face is growing into the look.
Thought I looked pretty damn good looking at myself in the gym today, admiring glances and all ;) I know that this is the way forward. The best part of the gym session that I never noticed before the shave is the veins bulging out my head, Looks awesome haha
And I actually train with a dude who is totally bald on top and crown, and buzzes the rest. He looks great and guess what, he does great with chicks and no one notices/cares.
