Well, today is the 30th day of my sly BBC beginning. I have to say that there are still times I look at my reflection and wonder who the heck is looking back at me, and what did I look like with hair. I still have trouble getting a real smooth pate but I am not giving up, just takes the ATX and my Gillette to get that feel.
Will I continue? I believe so. I did this for two reasons, one to help a charity and two to facilitate a change in me. The first is over and the change is slow in coming. Do I feel more confident ? Not really, but I know that will take time...it will not happen overnight.
So, thank you for your kind thoughts and for the support that this forum gives to people in opening up about making a decision to go sly and to believe in oneself. Ultimately the only one you have to answer to is you.

Ah, yes. I remember those days. Still have them from time to time, but I really like the bald look, so it's a keeper, even if I don't always recognize myself in a photo or a reflection. You'll get used to it. Funny though, how long it take for us to recognize the change in OUR appearance.

You look good in your new hairstyle. Be proud of your bald noggin. Not everyone is able or willing to wear one. That makes you special. Wear that special look in your countenance.
