Hello Everyone,

A little about myself. I turned 23 yesterday, am in Law School in Southern California. I had  HT in March, I regret it already. Ironically, I had been coming to terms with becoming bald but I snapped. I got 2200 grafts with a tricho closure. In May I will be going over seas to the UK for an externship and I believe this will be my perfect time to sport my new look (as I will be away from friends and family) and use some sort of Lazer on my scar. It is so strange how after you get a HT, being bald is almost like a salvation but before, it seems hellish. I have beat myself up about this quite a bit, I am happy though that I noticed this after 1 procedure and not later after spending countless thousands of dollars. I dont know how my scar will heal as it is still healing but I dont want this to hold me back.  I am not sure what the lazer can accomplish, but hopefully as minimal of a scar as possible!

Anways, It is really nice to meet you, and reading some of the posts have been uplifting.

Welcome to SBG! Don't be so hard on yourself, at least you discovered early that an HT was not what it was cracked up to be. We have a few members who have had HT's that can fill you in on what to do about the scar situation. Enjoy the forum and feel free to ask any questions!
