Title: Maisie enters the world!

Hi guys

Thought i would steal a moment to let you all know that Maisie Isobel was born yesterday at 16:03 weighing in at a hefty 8lb 8. 

Mother and baby doing amazingly well at the moment she is an angel although i sense that will change!

Remember just get throught these next two months...enjoy it for what it is...and know magically it will settle down and you will find your own family rhythm....you'll see what I mean soon enough....

and do what YOU both think is best for the baby, you wont go wrong!

And Maisie is a great name!  Saw it in a novel one time for one of the main characters... great book!!

Thanks guys for all the words of congratulations.  Believe it or not this is the first time i have had to come on here since Monday!!  It is amazing how long things take! 

THe sleepless nights have well and truly kicked in, she is a real sucker and so the other half is getting tired and nights seem to be her grumpy time!  Apart from that all is good and i think that every day we learn a new lesson. 

And yes she has way more hair than me.  I will try and post a pic at some point - she was born with thick light brown hair
