Well hair transplants do produce some great results... i guess it all depends how good the doctor performing the surgery is and how how decent the patients donor hair is... from the pic he has a decent amount of donor hair....

I think some hair transplants can get good results, and they say hair taken from the donor area will never fall out again, but I think all HT patients have to use finasteride so that the left over wont fall out again - but take a look at wayne rooney, he also had a successful transplant

I think the photos of Rooney where he has let his hair grow out look dreadful. The hair looks brittle, fuzzy and a completely different shade to his natural hair.
Perhaps it looks better buzzed down?

The Backstreet Dude has gone from being practically bald to having a full on bouffant elvis quiff! If it's real I wanna try! (well, if I had the dosh!)

I agree that Rooneys transplant doesn't look great. I think he did it too young (mid '20s), so whilst he has had hair transplanted to where it had left his balding is still in progress so the thin spots are just appearing behind the transplanted areas.

What's wrong with just being natural, mind you at least this backstreet dude has come out and admitted to it, mind you I'm guessing money may have been involved!!
