I wanted to introduce myself.

my name is Frank, from Providence RI

I've been keeping my hair in a 'fade #2 on the top and skin on the sides' for almost 10 years.

A few years back I did try the sly look, but I hated it, and I didn't have any support like I do now.


anyways, I took the leap this past Monday (6/4/07) and I love it.   

my only issue, I have a couple of red moles on my head (i think they are called cherry angiomas)  I have an appointment with a dermatologist next week to see about getting them removed.. because I keep nicking them and they bleed like crazy.

anyways, hello to everybody and this is a great site, I've learned lots already.

I love the headblade sport, but i can't do my whole head with it because of those moles

Welcome to SBG, frank. Glad you have joined us. I have a couple moles on the side of my head that I need to get removed as well. I can see them when I shave, so I go very gently with the HeadBlade when I get to them. I find the HeadBlade will usually pivot up over them (but not always).  Best to get them removed.

Frank, welcome to the site...when I first started shaving my head, I noticed a huge mole on the back of my head, it was a pain. I had it removed and now I'm good to go....Good Luck though!
