Can't really call it a suggestion, but I remember that my old Babiliss trimmer (self-lubricating) became a lot louder a few weeks before breaking down for good (after 2+ years of heavy duty service).
How long have you been using yours?

I am using an  wahl oil for blades i  dont think that it is the reason.

I have it half year, and i am using it very rarely.

It started to make that noise after i cleaned the  blades and put it back together.
