hey everyone
As you know i have alopecia and i have quite a few patches round my head, and even when shaved down you can still sort of see them due to the contrast between the patches and the bits that still have hair, im just wondering if any of you have any ideas to how i can perhaps try and lessen the noticablity of them ?
thanks :)

I think you'll probably get some color as winter wanes, which will lessen the contrast.
But more likely you are more conscious of it than anyone else, and no one else really cares. They have their own issues to deal with.
My advice is to not worry about it. Easy to write, but I think it's true.
