As far as the dome goes, any wash with soap in it at all is bad to use because it will only make drying more frequent.  Try to find a good face wash that is soap free.  I know Nivea has one called "sensitive."  Or actually there are a lot of good body washes out there that are mild on the skin.  I use one by Johnson&Johnson that doesn't dry the skin out.  I use it on the dome also so that way I'm not paying any extra for a separate face wash.  Definitely make sure whatever you get won't clog pores.  Not good for the dome.   O0

I don't use any soap on my head.  Instead I use either the Bald Guyz shampoo or St. Ives Apricot scrub.

Only use St.Ives Apricot Scrub on the noggin usually.  For a light wash up, Irish Spring and cold water rinse.

Yes, technically that is soap.   But, it's not labeled as soap...sheesh!   :P

I use headshed before shaving, and dial anti-bacterial after shaving.
