Title: Green "CONNECT" button on the right??

The last couple of days at random times a green "Connect" tab has appeared on the right on the page. It will be there for a bit and then disappear. It's totally random as far as I can tell.
I have NOT clicked the button.

Is anyone else seeing this and/or has anyone clicked it to see what it is? It's making me a bit nervous so I won't click it.

It's part of one of the ads that run called Clicksor.
