Hi, Nick here, new to the forums.  Started balding at 17, have buzzed with no guard for the last couple of years. 

Decided to start the new year/ my 30th year on this planet sly and am loving every moment of it so far.

Lurked the forums a couple of days before I joined looking for information and was really excited to find such a friendly group of guys.

I look forward to checking out the forums

Welcome(from another noob)...let me tell you, i love this site too...i am use to my regular car forum but ever since i saw this site i spend more time in here than anywhere else...Tons of good info/advise here.

Hey Nick. Welcome!  Your situation sounds quite similar to mine. I started losing the hair around 17 but didn't commit to the ways of Sly until 32. Wish I'd done it sooner, because it looks and feels great. You're right about the forum. There are some awesome guys around here. This place does get a bit addictive though

Pretty sure I'll be sly for life if I can just iron out the routine, got a little overzealous the first couple of days and did and AM shave and PM, wasn't loving the 5 o'clock shadow.  lol

You'll adapt/adjust/accept until it's integrated into your routine; and the shadow will become less of an issue as you become more accustomed to it. You know, you are the only one concerned by it ... right?

Good on ya Nick for posting an intro. Wish that everyone would do that. But, when you're ready and can arrange it, how about a photo? Nice to be able to see who you're talking to.

Anyway, welcome my friend. You will have a great time here. Aren't we blessed to live in a time when shaving technology is so advanced?
