Every day is a treasure with them - which I know will not go on indefinitely. Each day provides special memories for the future. None will ever be able to replace them, but there are so many that need homes I can't imagine not having a dog in my life.

Post by: Hingatao on December 18, 2012, 09:29:20 AM: I used to have a shih tzu. I lost him in 2005 just shy of his 18th birthday. Wonderful little dog with loads of personality. They're small in stature but huge in attitude and smart. I think all dogs are smarter than they get credit for.
