G'Day mate,
I am a similar issue when I first started shaving, my head was a lighter colour than the rest of me :o but after a short period of time being out in the sun and fresh air my nude nut became tanned and the colour matched.
Don't know if that's your problem but I am sure the rest of the brotherhood here will help.

I'm Assumin It's Because I Don't Wash My Head

if you haven't been washing the old melon, you'll probably be needing a good exfoliate, so grab some apricot scrub and go for it.

I'm Assuming It's Residue Because I Do End Up Puttin TOO Much On.
I Saw It On The Mirror On My Car. I Was Like "WOAH! That's Not Right." Lol

FAIL! No seriously, washing your head not only helps with coloring, it also is good to prevent razor bumps....especially for African American males.....
