The link is to a video by a guy named Mark Dice. He is the same guy who tried to buy a 99 cent taco with a $50 gold eagle with a value of $1,400.00 (at the time the video was shot). His approach is funny but the reaction of the people signing the petition is priceless, especially the one guy who actually reads it before he signs it.

Reminds me of Lum and Abner (old time radio). Lum always signed things without reading them. Got him in lots of hot water.
