Title: I had to go for a walk...

Yep, I had to get my sugar levels down, was up to 161 after I got back it read 74, okay did that and shot a couple of photos using my Tokina AT-X f/2.8 manual focus lens on the Canon 30D along with of course the Cokin ND8 filter.
