Title: BeeBald HEAL Product Review
Post by: mrzed on September 28, 2012, 04:15:03 PM
I received one of the samples of BeeBald HEAL in a recent promotion here on SBG.

The sample of HEAL came in a white (not for resale -- laboratory sample tube, similar to a toothpaste tube, but only about 3 inches long).

The produce is a clear gel. It does tend to run out of the tube quickly. At first I was keeping it upside down so it would dispense easily, but it dispensed too easily. So now I'm storing it lid side up.  No problem getting the gel out.

Fragrance. NICE. Asked my wife what she thought. She likes it. I like it. It's not a long lasting scent, but is pleasant when applying.

HEAL is for after you shave, to soothe the scalp. I've been using it instead of Head Lube Glossy this week.  The shine is just as good, maybe better.  It is LESS sticky than Head Lube and some of the other balms, etc.  It absorbs quickly.  No sting. While other after shave balms seem to leave my head a bit sticky or tacky for an hour or so, this seems to be absorbed quite quickly. The shine lasts. But not the sticky/tacky feeling. I like that.

I've not seen the price on the retail version, but if it's competitive, this is a good product to try out.

I'll give it a thumbs up, approval.

Mr. Zed

Thanks for the review.  The fact that it doesn't feel sticky is a real plus.  I gave up on HeadLube because of the sticky feeling it left.

Also not a HeadLube fan but I'm definetly a Bee Bald fan. Thanks for the review Mr.Z.
