Hey. So, i've ordered a hb classic from headblade.com.ro. They have told me that they're out of cartridges, so I was like ' okay, I will use the sensor ones (  been told by them that they're compatible ). Unfortunately, the guy made a mistake, since the sensor cartridges and the hb lassis isn't compatible. Told him that, he admitted that he made a mistake, and, as for me to forgive him, he offered me a hb sport for free, including the shipping costs. Nice from the company, they've got all my respect. Looking forward to receive the sport hd :d

HeadBlade customer service in the U.S. is exceptional too.

I contacted them twice - once was a simple product question, the other was a minor product (packaging) flaw.

Both time they were responsive and overwhelmed me with their "customer care."

SO many companies could learn from them how to "do it right" and win customers for life.

Thanks for sharing your story, it is so rare these days to get exceptionally customer service. But I have heard many good things about HB! Thankfully, I haven't had a problem yet (touch wood).
