Not good, I'll be honest. 1 & 2 are better.
-
Shawshank Redemption - 10/10
Incredible.
-
Hunger Games 5/10
-
Batman: The Dark Knight Rises
4/10
Not even joking when I say I fell asleep during it, I don't think it was entirely because it was the late night screening either... It had nothing on the last Batman movie. Only reason to watch that is Catwoman :@` and Bane was pretty cool too, but other then that I didn't like it.

the sthe social network --- 7/10
-

Act of Valor..7/10

The Green Mile.....9.5/10.....A big plus for two reasons.....The main character was sly, and the setting for (most of) the movie took place in my home state (Louisiana)

If I was going to rate it on the quality of sleep it would be a 6 or 7/10 haha. Man those cinema seats are comfortable!

The last movie that I watched in a theatre was "Mirror Mirror". That was several months ago. It was OK. Clean. I would no go watch it again. Not that good. I would not buy the DVD.
The last movie that I watched at home was "Hungry For Change" a privately distributed documentary on DVD. I've watched it multiple times and shared it with a number of friends. Excellent. Talks about the emptiness of the American Food System and the benefits of eating a whole, minimally processed, natural foods diet. It talks about how what you eat has major impact on your health and how the standard American diet is designed to cause chronic illnesses.

Courtesy Turner Classic Movies,...."Ninotcka", Greta Garbo and Melvyn Douglas. A solid 10. They don't call films like this "iconic" and "classic" for nothing. I have virtually no time to waste going to theatres although locally we have a chain that feature segregated areas for family with children, adults only areas which are, essentially, a cocktail bars and, almost as an after thought, general seating. I'm told the snack food is good, the bar is first rate and the children are deafened through very sturdy glass. The seats recline like first class on an international flight and there is more than adequate leg room. The price? High. But worth it. Unfortunately, there are few films worthy of all this careful preparation. You can rent things that go boom and in 3D as well. In your own living room. And they're still a lot of CGI effects hung on a questionable plot. Why don't they blow up Tom Cruise? That I'd pay to see.

Sweeney Todd - really for a second time. That man sure know what the close shave is ;D 8/10
-
Donnie Brasco - 4/5 (Netflix 5 star ratings, ha)
-
Young Frankenstein. 9.5 out of 10. One caution: a lot of the jokes / puns don't click with anyone born after about 1985!
-
District 9. Excellent sci-fi/thriller. 9/10.

I watched BOURNE LEGACY last weekend with my 4 teenagers... I rate the movie 9/10... I also watched the other week the Batman: The Dark Night 8/10... Great to watch films with your kids and eat dinner afterward. O0 O0
-
Has anyone else watched "Inception" with DiCaprio. If you did could you please explain it to me...LOL.
-
The Hunger Games 7/10. The movie was good and stuck to as much of the book as it could given the constraints of fitting it into a movie that is not too long. I thought some of the casting decisions weren't the best. All in all, not a bad movie but it could have been done better IMO.
-
"Unstoppable" 8/10 with Denzel Washington. One of Tony Scott's last flicks.t
-
Clerks 9/10
Great piece of independent film. Tons of witty dialogue and likeable (or detestable, depending on your taste) characters. I'm always entertained by this movie.
-
The devils double - 9/10
Good portrayal of a psychopathic dictators son.
-
Clerks 9/10

I love Kevin Smith's stuff. Have you seen Red State? It's definitely a departure from his usual stuff but it is still good IMO. I'd give it 9/10.
-
The Lincoln Lawyer (2011) and I would give it a 9/10
-
Last movie I watched was Rise of The Planet of the Apes, and i'll give it a 7/10.
-
The Bourne Legacy..7/10..Not as good as the first three but pretty close.
-
Last film I watched was a downloaded version of "A Few Best Men" Australian/British comedy about a Brit guy who marries an Australian girl and takes his friends to Australia. An unrecognisable Oliver Newton-John plays the Mother of the Bride.
I'd give it 6/10..some funny momments, but not as good as the trailer made it out!

No offence taken at all! I plan to reduce the size of my hats so they get smaller and smaller!
BTW have "The Incredible Hulk" on in the background, not once has he said "Don't make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry"
-
"The Zodiac".(2007 version)... 9/10 San Francisco killer who operated during 60 and 70 -is ...Robert Downey Jr. was great in this movie .Sad part of this movie is the fact that this film is based on the(true) real events ,,,,
-
"ParaNorman" 10/10 for adults and kids both. Astounding stop motion, great story, funny! with a few really great messages and solid social commentary added in the most appropriate ways. Brilliant.

Battleship: I was not expecting much from this flick after reading the reviews on IMDB and hearing what others had said, but I went ahead and picked up a nice pizza and threw together a small plate of fresh veggies and dip and put it on the 52 inch big screen. I must say it had my attention right from the start all the way thru, now no this was not no edge of your seat action suspense flick but it will keep you interested and entertained I give it a solid 7/10.Enjoy
-
Men in Black III.......Not bad...Pretty funny actually..7/10.
-
Vile - 4/10. The title of the movie could also double as the rating for it. :*)) They were going for a Saw franchise-esque movie but missed the mark with bad acting.
-
District 9 - 7/10
Wouldn't give it an 8.1 rating like it has on IMDB. Not as good as Avatar and that has an 8.0 rating.
-
Premium Rush..7/10..very entertaining.
-
"Donnie Darko " 9 1/2 /10
