I currently hold my private pilot license! Also working on my instrument ratings right now.
My dream is to become an Airline pilot someday.
It will be cool to know any pilots on here or at least people who really love aviation. 8)

That's an awesome dream! Go for it! I love flying in planes...I just prefer someone else to do the flying.

My partner is a pilot and a CFI. Strange things is that he's afraid of heights -- except when he has wings.

Ferried new planes from the factory to new owners or dealerships.

I am currently an Instructor Pilot for Falcon Aviation. CFI, CFII, MEI, and AGI.
I am still undecided on whether I want to go to an airline or not for a career, but I am planning to try it. I currently have interviewed with ExpressJet airlines and have been invited to interview with SkyWest airlines.

If you are planning on becoming an airline pilot, you really need to start flying now. Plan on spending 12 months (if you do your training full time) to complete all your necessary certificates and ratings. You can expect to follow that 12 months up with another 12 to 18 months teaching guys to fly as a CFI in order to reach the required 1500 hours of flight time.

Thanks for the advise Jeff but at this point in my life it is financially impossible to chase my dream. :)
