Title: New Old Guy here
Post by: Brade on August 02, 2012, 12:09:14 PM
I've been an on again off again lurker for awhile now but finally decided to join this bunch of Sly's.  I'm 73 years old and have been Sly for 18 years. Used an electric razor for most of those years but now use a Head-blade, wouldn't be without it.  Started riding Bikes 4 years ago, currently ride a Suzuki 650.

Anyway, it's good to be aboard.

Welcome, nice that you've joined the group!
Now you can participate to the discussions here.
From 18 years of head shaving you have a lot of sly experience that you can share.

Thanks for the welcomes guys. (stasiu) I always use my Headblade in the shower, no mirror.  After 18 years of head shaving, don't need one. (PaulTheBald) The eyeglasses are Silhouette frame-less glasses.

Welcome.  I'm really envious of the great moustache.  I've tried to curl mine up many times but one side always droops - is there a trick!

I turn 71 tomorrow so good to see us older members still sly - 8 years for me.

Ya have to let the stach grow pretty long and just twirl, twirl, twirl until it get's trained.  I use hair spiking gel to keep it curled all day, it's a bit stiff but it stays.

You know, with that moustache, you could probably pass for a sly version of the comedian Rip Taylor!
