Been a lurker here for a while. Quick backstory:

I just turned 26, hair started really going downhill @ ~22. My main issue was (is) the front of my hair line, right in the middle. And I was one of those kids with the spiky hair in front. Didn't work after a while. I've kept it to about a "2" all the way around for a little while, but I've been stressing about my hair for years and recently it's gotten pretty bad. I'm 100% in that awkward stage right now, and honestly think I'll feel so much better without worrying about it.

My wife is totally on board with me shaving it off. I've come to the point where I've embraced it and am excited / incredibly nervous about actually doing it.

Hoping I have the right attitude to jump into my new...headstyle?

I'm actually throwing a going away party for my hair! LOL BBQ, pool, and a chair in the middle of the room with my name on it. August 11th, mark your calendars.

Good that your wife is totally on board. I was nervous as hell and I just did it 3 days ago... been shaving it everyday since. Try the 30 day challenge, shave it everyday. :)

That's awesome you're throwing a "going away" party for your hair haha. Maybe make a video and post it? ;)

you did the right thing ,i had a similar problem with my hair and i was in constant stress for a long time ,now i am 27 and since last year i am free from MPB (free from MPB by choice >:D ) you have a wife that supports you and yeah enjoy your freedom -welcome from Croatia !

Post by: Rombi86 on August 13, 2012, 10:21:21 PM: DONE! I love this lol. The HeadBlade is amazing - i've heard mixed reviews, but I got the hang of it within 5 minutes. I look forward to each night now so i get to shave my head. I tried embedding a video of the shaving in the "general discussion" section, but didn't have much luck. Anyone have some insight on how to do that? It's a facebook video right now, I have access to the actual video on a different computer.

Congratulations on taking the leap with your new "hairstyle". It suits you, looks like a keeper. Having your wife's approval makes a big difference. Also good to read that you mastered the Headblade so quickly.

I also battle with the whole photo thing here, so unfortuantely, I cannot help you...
