I've went sly in the past but had a lot of red bumps on the back of my head so I let my hair "grow" back out. I've recently lost 52 lbs (18 more to go to get to my 200lb goal) and all sorts of things have went away and cleared up, including my folliculitis so now I'm loving the sly look and feel. I'm going bald anyway so I just tell everyone "I'm embracing my baldness". O0

Guess some of the sly guys here don't always appreciate that forum has plenty of overseas sly guys, too. It's an international bald community here !! :)

Have a great holiday in North Carolina. I shall be taking my own sly head and big beard to Germany next month.

Also, can you give us an idea of how you have been attacking your weight loss? I have been heading into a weight area I have to turn back from, and I need some suggestions/encouragement.

Thanks to everyone for the welcome and positive comments. The weight loss program I am on is called Prism Weight Loss. My wife and I have been on it since February 20th and just recently started a group at our church. I started at 270lbs and I'm now at 218 lbs and the only thing I've done is change what and how much I eat. Cut out processed foods and sugar, start eating whole natural foods that we were made to eat. I'll go into the details deeper if you all want me to when I'm at my computer and not on my phone.
