Hello fellow chrome domes: Just because you are rich financially doesn't make you smart IMO. One of the best wide receivers in the NFL, New England Patriots, Wes Walker gets a HT (hair transplant). I guess he didn't want to embrace what mother nature gave him. Thank goodness that I have embraced my sly self. O:O

Cheers 2 all head shavers. The sly life gets better each and every day. I know from experience. O0

The sad part is, I think he might be able to pull of sly (he has grown facial hair before)..There are about a few other athletes that need to go sly too, but that's for another thread...

Delaying the inevitable: I've never understood it... :/O

It's just vanity, nothing more. Like my brother used to say, "Some people have more dollars than sense."

He'll regret his decision in the future. I wish him the best though.

For some reason there is a double meaning in tempus fugit for this poor guy, because as time flies, his hair will continue to recede--or hairline fugit, his career will receed--who at 31 has "flown" through the greater part of his NFL career in all likelihood, and he'll be left with a patch to patch yet again without a high income to support a very expensive habit, so--savings fugit. He just fugit'd it all up!

Welker is now a "media spokes person" for this HT Doctor. What does that tell you ? Both of these guys will be laughing down to the bank.

Must have been hit one too many times.

silly, silly, silly why do people get HT's, its just flushing money down the toilet

He's a great receiver, for sure, even though I'm not a huge Patriots fan (Go Niners!). I wonder if he got the hair transplant for free, as he will be promoting the doctor who performed the procedure.
I think he'd look much better if he shaved it off. He should of at least tried it. Intersting...and he's playing for the Patriots on a Franchise Tag this year.
