Well... You know, you'd have Apache here and Apache there!

I think that there were more groans than just here and there.

Besides, you might get sued by the linux community. Apache is the name of a common linux web server package!

That's too bad (tongue in cheek). So much more fun and expensive when you can file frivolous lawsuits and have a good chance of winning like in the US. Sigh. This county is so lawsuit friendly.

Completely off-topic alert! But...
Apache is hardly linux-specific. It runs on all of the "Big 3" platforms.
