You could probably substitute Bald Guys for psychiatrist.

My thoughts exactly! The thing that shocked me the most is that right after he's at the top it looks like he took both hands, while not secured to the tower at all, to adjust/affix a carabiner to the tower. That takes some intestinal fortitude!!!!!
