Let me know what you think
-
almost looks like a bar shelf, where's the straight razor?
-
Haven't promoted myself to a straight yet. I will stick with the Futur for a long while.

Nice...... I see you even have some Clubman Pinaud...... the greatest old school scent ever!
-
Clubman Pinaud....love it!
-
quite an "Arsenal" you've got there :D
-
I really like the basic Pinaud Clubman aftershave but their "Special Reserve" rules in the winter. It's a scent that requires a bit of patience and moderation in use; goes on with a powdery floral note but ages out to a leathery scent after about an houir and it lasts. Shaved last evening and put on a splash and it's still with me. Their Bay Rum is also great in spring and fall and nothing beats plain old Osage Rub in the warm weather. Best thing is it's all pretty reasonabe cost wise....not the overpriced department store stuff.
-
Guys, where is the best place to pick up the Pinaud products?
-
CVS
-
Sallys has it for cheap. You can search for coupons as well. Pick up some Masters Bay Rum too...awesome
-
You can also order the Pinaud products online - can't recall the web address. Some of them are less commonly stocked by retailers. Another option is to check the yellow pages or online for a local barber supply company. Many of them will also sell retail.
I've tried several Bay Rums and am happiest with the Pinaud version as well as the Ogalalla one. (Ogalalla makes awesome shaving soaps too)

Simple brackets from Home Depot, about 7 bucks a pair. Shelves, 4 by 36 by 1/4 glass with polished edges from a local glass co, 10 bucks each. Spend the extra to get the edges polished .... these are shelves you'll use and be reaching for with bare and often wet arms. Even a minor nick in that situation could make a mess. I've also got a smaller shelf above the shower head for the gear I am currently using. Having it up there keeps it out of the way, drier and free of soap scum. These larger shelves are for stuff not in the day's rotation.
