Hi Folks!

What an awesome community you have here! I've recently decided that I'd start shaving my head.  I started losing my hair, and as it receded and thinned out, it got to a point I could no longer really do anything with it and it always made me look awful~!

So I decided, to hell with it - I'm gettin' rid of it!

been shaving for a few months, and while looking for some tips and tricks found your wonderful community.

Man Yarbo I saw your picture and for a second thought it was my photo. Then remembered Im not young anymore.  I would say lookin good man but some how that sounds conceded.  I would like to welcome you to a forum of some of the best guys, and some ladies I have ever come across. They offer insight and encouragement that is second to none. ............ Still cant get over that photo what a reality check....  oh well, again welcome and enjoy!  :) :(

Welcome.  Defintitely looks good and beats the receding/thining.  I love the avatar too.  I laugh at myself in the mirror when I raise one eyebrow or make a crazy face with the bald head.  I love it!

It's been 20 odd years since i wanted to shave my head, so last summer i made the jump and never regretted since, and with the Zappa, i like this look. As lead singer and harmonicist i do get a lot of double takes. Nice to hear and read about the brotherhood.
