Hey guys, just joined the site and wanted to say hello.
I noticed my hairline was running away from my face when I was about 20 (now 24) and it started thinning on top not too long after. I had been struggling with the decision to take it off for a couple of months until last week when I decided just to go for it. I probably should have chosen a better time of year since winter in Scotland is pretty cold...but then summer isn't great either haha.

I decided to keep my beard because I've had it since it was possible for me to grow one but some of my friends think i should take it off. I don't agree, i personally think I look good with the bald/beard combo but looking for some more opinions.

Welcome! You look good bald (even with a hat covering your head). Keep the beard, loose the hat ;-)

Hey Rab,

The bald dome and the full beard is a great look for you.  Stick with that combo.  O0

Don't worry about the cold weather, just get a beanie for wearing outdoors.

I know what you mean about doing it at the wrong time. I live in Alaska and I shaved mine about two weeks ago. after a few days, your noggin wont feal nearly as cold.Also, keep the beard it looks good. I'm kind of opposite. I can grow a full head of hair but if I try to grow a beard.....well.......lets just say that I look pretty funny.

Welcome. I think what we can see of the head looks good and the beard looks good too. You already look pretty young but if you want to look even younger, eliminating the beard would probably do it. But even with the beard you'll need your ID handy  ;)

that's what I've been saying! haha i actually didn't get sold a lotto ticket the other day cause i didn't have my I.D on me! was not amused, I'm betting that was my winning ticket haha :P
